"Kind of wish I’d picked a different shirt"
The shirt looks okay and I’ll probably still wear it, but I wish I’d looked a little harder before buying. The fabric feels thinner than I expected, so it just doesn’t feel as nice as I hoped

"Packaging was just okay"
The box showed up a little dented, which wasn’t great, but luckily the item inside was totally fine. That part was weird, though, because the packaging didn’t really look like it had been handled very carefully.

I ordered this because the design on the site looked really nice, and to be fair, the one I got was close. The colors were good enough, but a few of the smaller details looked a little off once I saw it in person.
After I paid, I started feeling a bit unsure because the updates weren’t super reassuring, so I was already kind of questioning what would show up. It’s not bad and I’ll still use it casually, but I expected the print to match the preview a little more closely

"I ordered from Wicked The Musical and..."
I ordered from Wicked The Musical and the tracking technically worked, but it took a couple days to actually update after I got the shipping email. For a while it just sat on “label created,” so I started wondering if it had really shipped or if I was just being impatient. The package did show up fine in the end, so it wasn’t a huge issue, but I do wish the tracking had been clearer and updated faster. Overall, not terrible, just kind of okay.

"Legit merch and a smooth order"
I ordered a Wicked hoodie and a playbill bag, everything looked right to me. Both items came with the proper tags and felt just like the official merch you’d get at the show. Shipping was straightforward and arrived without any issues. Overall, I’m happy with the order and would feel comfortable buying from them again.

"Pretty happy overall"
Pretty happy overall. My order actually showed up faster than I thought it would, just a few days after I placed it. The tracking updated without any issues, so I knew what was going on the whole time. The box did have a small dent when it arrived, but everything inside was totally fine

"I remember trying it on as soon..."
I remember trying it on as soon as it arrived and feeling that tiny bit of disappointment because it was a little snugger than I expected. The sizing runs slightly small, but once I wore it for a bit, it still fit okay and wasn’t uncomfortable.

They got back to me quickly, didn’t make it complicated, and just sorted it out. The money showed up back on my card a few days later. "Decent Wicked stuff, but waiting for better options"
They do have some cute Wicked items, but I was expecting a lot more to choose from. A bunch of it felt kind of basic, and the sizes or designs I actually wanted weren’t there. It’s fine if you need a quick simple gift, but I felt like I was being forced to be patient and just settle for what was available instead of finding something I was actually excited about.

I ordered a Wicked hoodie and expected some nonsense with the delivery because that’s usually how these things go. But nope, it actually showed up right when they said it would. Tracking updated properly too, which shouldn’t feel like a miracle, but apparently it does these days. No delivery issues at all, so credit where it’s due.
